Angry Delta Driver Bites Off VIO Officer’s Ear Over Expired Vehicle Papers

The right ear of a Vehicle Inspection Officer, VIO, identified as Papu Prosper was bitten off by an angry driver in a heated argument that ensued between them in Warri, Delta State. It was learned that the VIO personnel were on patrol and had stopped the driver of a Sienna car, name withheld for inspection at Eagles roundabout by Federal Government College, Warri.
