By Emmanuel Amatutu, THE Niger Delta Development Watch-Dog, NDDW, has appealed to President Muhammadu Buhari not to allow what it described as the personal interest of the Minister for Niger Delta Affairs, Senator Godswill Akpabio destroy his legacies in the region.
