By Vincent Kobiruo UGHELLI- Covid -19 Tax Force officials yesterday narrowly escaped being killed by suspected hoodlums in Ughelli market, Ughelli North local government area of Delta State following an attack on a team during a COVID-19 sensitization awareness outing.
