The senator representing Kaduna Central, Shehu Sani, has criticised the N-Power programme introduced by the President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration,saying it is used as a means of maintaining grassroot political support. The senator shared the same view on the SURE-P program of the former administration of President Goodluck Jonathan.
