Unknown gunmen suspected to be assassins have shot dead the chairman of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Olomu ward One in Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State. The deceased, Mr. Paul Onomuakpokpo was killed while in his way from where he had gone to celebrate the Supreme Court victory of governor Ifeanyi Okowa over Chief Great Ogboru. It was gathered.
