Chief Solomon Ahwinawhi a two term House of Representative member has won the rescheduled primary election for Ughelli North, Ughelli South and Udu federal constituency. Ahwinawhi scored 80 votes to Talib Tebite who scored 3 votes while Julius Efeni Akpovoka and Eunice Okoh pulled one vote respectively in an election that was conducted at the Ughelli township stadium in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta state. The National Working Committee, NWC, of the Peoples Democratic Party, has ordered for a rerun of primary election  for Ughelli North, Ughelli South and Udu Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives after it cancel the previous primary where Talib Tebite was declared winner.
