THE Doctor Fish Agric Consults in partnership with PIND foundation, has graduated over 100 youths in different agricultural skills acquisition programmes in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta state. Trained majorly on fishery, best graduands were rewarded with tarpauline fish ponds and grills, while other groups were registered as cooperative society with certificates presented.
