A Delta State High Court, sitting at Orerokpe, has reaffirmed that HRM Dr. Matthew Ediri Egbi Owahwa II, The Okobaro of Ughievwen Kingdom, as the only traditional ruler in Ughievwen Kingdom, Ughelli South Local Government Area.
