THE traditional ruler of Ogor Kingdom had in a sworn affidavit denied appending his stamped signature on the newly reviewed constitution of Oviri-Ogor community in Ughelli North local Government Area of Delta State. It was gathered that Oviri-Ogor community, had reviewed its 2015 constitution in 2023, where the signature stamp of Ovie of Ogor Kingdom was allegedly lifted on it.
