The duo, Hon Onovughe Stephen Onokpasa, a chairmanship aspirant in the forthcoming local government election in Ughelli North and the CEO of Emodic hotels, Mr David Emavwodia were recently abducted at different locations within Ughelli North respectively. A chairmanship aspirant under the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, for the Ughelli North Council, Hon. Onovughe Stephen Onokpasa has been kidnapped by unknown gunmen suspected to be kidnappers. Hon.
