Delta House of Assembly Committee on Transport has expressed displeasure over the budget presentation by the State Directorate of Transport. Chairman of the committee, Hon Festus Okoh stated this on Wednesday in Asaba when the directorate, led by the Commissioner, Mr Onoriode Agofure, appeared before the committee to defend the 2024 budget.
