Gunmen Ambush, Kill DPO, Injure Others, ASP Missing In A Rescue Operation In Delta

The Divisional Police Officer attached to Agbarho police division, under the Ughelli Area Command, has been killed in a rescue operation by gunmen suspected to be kidnappers in an ambush, in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State. It was learned that the DPO who resumed in Agbarho division few days ago, died on the spot after he was shot on the stomach alongside with the Divisional Police Officer of Orerokpe division, CSP Paul Oboware and other officers currently receiving treatment in an undisclosed hospital.
