Payrates Confraternity Organizes Memorial For Umalokun Massacre In Ughelli North

IN remembrance and memorial of the unjustly massacred six members of the National Association of Seadogs, at Oharisi Primary School in Ughelli, the Pyrates confraternity, has laid foundation in their honour at Umalokun Deck, in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State.
