Following the victory of governor Ifeanyi Okowa over Chief Great Ogboru at the Nigeria Apex Court, Special Assistant to the Governor on Youths Development, Prince Sony Jifas Ogbon has described the victory of Okowa as a sign of stronger Delta.
In a congratulatory message, Prince Ogbon said, “The resounding victory in the just concluded governorship ruling at the Apex Court, indicates that truly, the judiciary is transparent and upright in its judgment.
According to him, This is a confirmation of the judgment delivered by the Election Tribunal and the Court of Appeal panel just as he called on the opposition to join hand with the performing governor to develop a stronger Delta.
“Governor Okowa stands for development, job creation through his Smart Agenda and Stronger Delta Vision and now that election matters are over, Deltans irrespective of political parties should stand with him to take the state to a higher level.”
“The oppositions should join hands with the performing governor to give Deltans better governance and unequal developments which the governor stands for.” Jifas Ogbon appealed.
