The organisers of the 2019 Bet9ja Royal Cup have congratulated Warri Wolves on their qualification for the Nigeria National League, NNL, playoffs following their 3 – 3 draw with Ibom Youths.
In a press statement by the organisers, they commended the Seasiders for securing that result against the Uyo-based club, describing it as a priceless feat.
“The outcome of that game in Uyo on Sunday afternoon speaks volume of the determination of the club’s management and players to take Warri Wolves to its rightful place in domestic football.
The organisers charges the team not to let its guard down when the battle is not over yet until the Nigeria Professional Football League, NPFL, ticket is in the kitty.
Registration for the 2019 Bet9ja Royal Cup is on at the moment and it will end on August 24, 2019 while qualifying matches for the competition will kick off on September 14, 2019.
