All is now set for the 10th years anniversary and awards ceremony of the Grassroots Trumpet Newspaper.
Unveiling the programmes of event at a press briefing in Asaba, the publisher and chairman, The Trumpet Media Group, Ambassador Precious Enebuse said, the event slated on Tuesday 31st March, 2020 will have as its themes ‘Democracy, Community Policing and Grassroots Development in Nigeria: the Way Forward’ and ‘Promoting Synergy Among the Media, Ruling Class and Society’
According to him, the special ceremony which is scheduled to hold at Enotel Hotel, Ezenei, Asaba will featured various award categories which will includes; Personality of the Year, Politician of the Year, Public Officer of the Year, CEO of the Year, Legislator of the Year, Commissioner of the Year, Security Chief of the Year, Government Agency of the Year, CSR Compliant Company of the Year, Company of the Year and Peace and Conflict Resolution Icon of the Year.
Others are, LGA Chairman of the Year, Brand of the Year, Product of the Year, Community Leader of the Year, Youth Leader of the Year, Ndokwa Most Outstanding Legislator of the Year, Ndokwa Most Outstanding Entrepreneur and Philanthropist of the Year, Ndokwa Most Outstanding Woman of the Year, among others.
The publisher called on general public especially journalists and well wishers to grace the ceremony.
