A mobile pastor at the popular Otovwodo market narrowly escaped death after speaking ill of late TB Joshua while preaching at the marketin Ughelli North local government area of Delta state.
The mobile pastor whose identity could not yet be ascertained as at the time of this report by angered market women for claiming he had prophesied the death of popular Nigerian prophet, TB Joshua.
The pastor, it was gathered has been a regular preacher at the market, had gone on June 14, 2021, to carryout his usual routine, which was to preach, prophesy and invite people with special challenges for special prayers but got the beaten of his life from angry market women.
According to an eye witness, “When the pastor started preaching, he was having no issue until he claimed he had prophesied about a year ago that TB Joshua was going to die prematurely because he was not a true man of God.
“When he started preaching, nobody answered him, those interested were just listening until he begin to criticise the late TB Joshua.
“He said that TB Joshua was not a true prophet and that he said it last year that he was going to die prematurely.
“At this point, some of the women start shouting at him to preach his own message and stop criticising others, especially the dead, but instead he continued and before you know it he was attacked by the market women who could no longer stand it.
“It was some boys that intervened and rescued him, otherwise maybe something else would have happened.” the source disclosed.
