Former DESOPADEC commissioner Chief Pius Odioko Ovbije felicitates with the Delta State Governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa on his birthday anniversary as he mark 60 years.
Gov. Okowa today July 8th 2019 complete 60 years of God’s glory which has seen a remarkable and eye-catching career both professional and political. From being a Medical Doctor, Dr. Okowa held various political positions which include among others Local Government Chairman, commissioner for Health, Secretary to State Government, Senator of the Federal Republic and Governor of Delta State.
Chief POC Ovbije described Governor Okowa as a man with a humble and Golden heart, and a blessing to Deltans.
In his words, Chief Pius Ovbije hailed the developmental strides of Gov Okowa in the past 4 years, which had witnessed remarkable turnaround and boost in all sector of the state from Agriculture, Infrastructural development, Education, Road connection, Health Sector to Human Capital Development noting that Deltans should expect more and a Stronger Delta.
