Okowa Condoles Advocate Newspaper Publisher, Onitsha Over Mother’s Death

Delta state Governor, Sen. Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa has condole the publisher of Advocate Newspaper, Comrade Shedrack Ogaga Onitsha over the death of his beloved mother, Deaconess Agnes Onyekokama that was laid to rest at the ripe age of 94, at Abbi in Ndokwa West Local Government Area.
Governor Okowa in his condolence message he personally signed to Onitsha described the late matriarch as a woman who lived her life serving others.
He said, “I convey my deepest condolences to you on the passage of your beloved mother, Madam Agnes Onyekokama at the ripe age of 94.
“Although her demise has created a vacuum in your family, I urge you to celebrate her impactful life on earth, for “precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints”
“Mama lived a rich and full life. She was the quintessential humanitarian who spent her life serving others; she exemplified the fact that you don’t have to be wealthy before you can help others or give to those in need.
“She was a staunch member of the People’s Democratic Party  PDP,  reputed to her courage, honesty, and dedication to the progress of the party in Ndokwa West Local Government Area.
“It is my hope that you and other of the family will model her legacy of faith, character, generosity, and love for people and community. My prayers are with you as you go through the rite passage.”
Deaconess Agnes Onyekokama, until her death was a dedicated member of the Assemblies of God Church and she has been buried according her doctrine.
