The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori has felicitated with the state former Deputy Governor, Chief Benjamin Elue on his birthday.
The Speaker who extolled the leadership qualities and astute contributions of the former Deputy Governor under the administration of the State former Governor, Chief James Onanefe Ibori, lauded him for his life-long commitment to humanity.
In a Press Statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Dennis Otu, the Speaker said that Chief Elue has distinguished himself as an elderstatesman, saying that the roles he played during the administration of the State former Governor, Chief James Onanefe Ibori cannot be forgotten in a hurry.
Rt Hon Oborevwori said that; “Deltans will continue to acknowledge your patriotism, loyalty, humility and commitment to the growth and development of Delta State when you served as Deputy Governor under the administration of our former Governor, Chief James Onanefe Ibori. Today, Deltans are still benefiting from your contributions to the advancement of our dear state. The history of Delta State will not be complete without acknowledging your selfless contributions”.
