The Obidatti Movement group in Delta State, has directed all supporters of Peter Obi to vote for Chief Great Ovedje Ogboru on Saturday March 18, 2023, for a new Delta
This is just as the group has changed its name to Obidabtti/APGA/Ogboru Movement to garner supports and votes for Ogboru.
The Obidatti movement under the umbrella of Nigeria National Progressive Forum, (NNPF) gave the directive when the APGA Campaign train moved round the nooks and crannies of Isoko South and Ika South local government areas of the state on the need to vote Ogboru for the transformation of Delta state.
The group noted that, Great Ogboru shares the same political ideology with Peter Obi in their struggle to liberate Nigeria and Delta state from bad administration.
The group while welcoming Delta APGA governorship candidate, Chief Great Ovedje Ogboru, reminded Deltans that it was Ogboru who brought Labour Party to Delta state, and that Obidatti and APGA share a lot in common in other to better the lives of Delta.
Some of the Peter Obi supporters who spoke separately told Ogboru that, “It was you Ogboru that brought Labour Party to Delta State. Therefore, Ogboru do not need to ask for Labour Party votes before he will get it, because he is the founder of Labour Party in Delta state, and had also made the party so popular.
“Peter obi won the presidential election on February 25th but was shortchanged, but will get back his mandate. Today, all the Obidients movement in Delta state are supporting APGA in this governorship election.
“And that is why we have come out with Ogboru T-shirt and face-cap to direct all our Obidients movement that the direction to go on election day is Great Ogboru/APGA. Remember too that it is the same APGA that gave Obi the platform to be two time governor in Anambra state.
“We are voting APGA, we are voting Ogboru in this governorship election, and that is what every Deltans is voting this Saturday. my coordinators are all aware as I am speaking. I am the national president of the voice of Nigeria National Progressive Forum. So this Movement has now been transformed to Obidatti/Ogboru movement.”
