Those who underrated Governor Sheriff Oborevwori in the past were all taken aback with star projects spread across the state without noise.
Haven seen the steel he ( Gov Sheriff ) is made of, still yearning to do MORE, those who previously underrated him are now licking their wounds shamelessly in severe pain seeing his outstanding performance; they wished he failed but were disappointed.
Governor Sheriff only SIN was attending to the yearnings of Deltans, by way of raising the bar of good governance, from Infrastructure to Health, Education, Human and Capital Development, Security that has so far enhanced a peaceful State and what have you.
Senator Ned Nwoko, ungrateful as he is, rode on the back and stood on the shoulder of the former Governor of Delta State, H.E Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, with the least political wit in Delta North, is just a blabber, an empty vessel that makes the loudest noise.
Like the canary bird, he sings without being asked to, leaving his legislative duties of attracting Federal Government projects down to the people he represents. Instead of doing so, he ends up building a castle in the air, citing projects that are not within the power of Governor Sheriff to execute as a leeway to his defection.
As far as Delta Northerners are concerned when it comes to playing grassroot politics, Senator Ned Nwoko nor join , he is a feather weight with no grassroot political structure, not when he was in PDP neither will he have any in APC where his sworn enemy Senator Peter Nwaoboshi is.
We all know how Ex Governor Okowa previously stepped him (Ned Nwoko) down for Peter Nwaoboshi for the interest of the party during the primaries when both were still in PDP and how Sen. Ned Nwoko pleaded with Ex. Gov. Okowa to support him, thereafter becoming the Senator of the Federal Republic.
Those whose Palm kernels were cracked for them by a benevolent spirit should not forget to be humble.
Senator Ned Nwoko should be advised that instead of throwing tantrums at Governor Sheriff as cover up for his abysmal failure as a Senator, should be told that there is still room for him to attract Federal Government projects to his people, now that he is in the APC fold.
Ned Nwoko should know that this is his only opportunity of leaving his mark in Delta North as a Senator, knowing fully well that he is not getting a second chance of returning to the Red Chamber of the National Assembly hence, fighting like a drowning man.
Senator Ned Nwoko has no excuse or whatsoever to deliver his campaign promises to his people. The good people of Delta North want to see Federal Government projects, they want to feel the presence of the Federal Government in their areas.
Senator Ned Nwoko may end up as the worst senator Delta North ever produced, always building castles in the air; a recipe of an empty vessel that makes the loudest noise.
