Local vigilantes and natives of Ughelli North local government area of Delta State, have read riot act to hoodlums to quit criminality or be ready to face the wrath of the gods and law respectively.
The riot act was issued in a show of force by the vigilantes and natives following the unabated killing that has engulfed Ughelli North local government area.
It would be recalled that over 15 persons have been killed in Ughelli North by suspected cultists in an alleged battle of superiority by rival groups.
Two suspected serial killers among who commonly known as Pastor was set ablaze by mobs in Ekiugbo community after being caught with locally made guns at different locations.
