Igbo community association, Ughelli, has commended the Delta state governor, Rt. Hon. Chief Sheriff Oborevwori over the appointment of Chief Chima Raymond Ohale as Special Assistant (SA) to the governor on Non indigene.
In a communique issued by the group, in Ughelli, signed by its president and secretary, Olorogun Raymond Anozie and Ejiogu Tochukwu Anthony respectively said “On behalf of the entire Igbo community Association, Ughelli we wish to sincerely thanked the governor of Delta State, Rt Hon.Chief Sheriff Oborevwori over the appointment of Chief Chima Raymond Ohale as Special Assistant, SA on non Indigene Affairs.
According to the communique, Olorogun Raymond Anozie said “The appointment of Chief Chima Raymond Ohale as SA to the governor is a sign that the governor is running an inclusive government and have shown strong commitment in rewarding hard work.
“Since the return of democracy in 1999, no government within the state have ever recognized our group or even reward us for our contribution towards supporting government in power within the state.
“The Igbo community will continue to support the government of Chief Oborevwori in ensuring he gets his second tenure and support him in his MORE Agenda during his time as governor of Delta State.”
“Chief Chima Raymond Ohale is a mobilizer and a team player who is always willing to work for the betterment of NDI IGBO, Delta state and humanity in general.”
Until his appointment, Chief Chima Raymond Ohale was the former president of the group and before he was elected current Chairman of OHANEZE NDI IGBO Delta central.
