A Nigerian Google tour guide, Lolo Nneka Obani, has called for the sack of the Supervisor and Staff of Genesis Pizza situated at Warri Shopping Mall, (ShopRite) over an alleged uncouth, rude behavior towards her and other extended customers.
Obani who narrated her ordeal via her verified facebook page disclosed that the Supervisor behavior towards customers is unprofessional.

I went to Genesis pizza, the one situated at ShopRite in warri today to get pizza, I thought it was like the Genesis we have in Portharcourt where everyone is prim, proper and professional. Little did I know that the Genesis in Warri is filled with rude, uncouth and unprofessional irritants. From the cashiers, the servers, down to the rabbit that they refer to as their supervisor.
When I walked into the pizzeria, I had this feeling of unease because I saw a guy ranting and venting and the entire staff were acting mute and unbothered, the dude kept saying, you are stressing me on top of my own money, you are giving me an attitude on top of my 24k. Give me my pizza, they all ignored him and carried on with whatever they were doing. The place was very hot, they didn’t even bother to put on the air conditioners, everyone was sweating. The guy kept on shouting, he eventually threw the receipt at them and asked them to eat the 24k and left, they were still unbothered.
I paid 9,500 for my pizza and 4,500 for my ice cream and the cashier gave me two receipts, she said one was for pizza and one was for ice cream. I took the receipts and deposited one at the pizza spot and used the other one to collect the ice cream, I sat down to lick the ice
cream but the place was so hot that I ended up taking the ice cream to my car to lick while I waited for the pizza which they said would take 35mins.
Forty minutes later I walked into Genesis to collect my pizza, I got there and saw some guys shouting that they were there for two hours now and their pizza wasn’t ready.
I swallowed spit and asked one of them if my Pizza was ready, she ignored me. I asked another worker there, a guy, I said where is my pizza, he said ask my supervisor, he pointed to one girl there. I asked the girl, I said I have been here for over 45 minutes, please where is my Pizza, the supervisor replied to me rudely and said, Did you pay to me? I said no but I have paid for my Pizza and I gave my receipt to someone here, she said bring the second receipt, I said they only gave me one receipt, one for pizza and one for ice cream.
She said without the other receipt they won’t give me my pizza, after that she ignored me completely and started to do other things.
I stood there stranded, I said who is giving me my Pizza, again the supervisor ignored me, I called her attention to my complaint, she said without the other receipt, they won’t even make the pizza and she went ahead to tell me its my fault that I don’t have the two receipts and the least I could do was to plead for them to consider me.
I asked her if I should plead for them to give me something I paid for, she replied to me with scorn in her eyes and said yes.
I walked away and left my 9,500 with them. And I could tell that she was very happy, remember the first guy left 24k with them and I left 9,500 there. 9,500+24,000=33,500. Imagine her making a profit of 33,500 everyday just from scamming customers.
I am writing this here to draw the attention of the owners of Genesis Warri, I am a Google tour guide and of course I will report this unpalatable experience there and if I do not get my money in 48hrs, I will make sure I go there with my people and tumble that place. I will never ever let this go.
Lastly, I don’t care if the owner of Genesis or even the manager is fuvking that supervisor but I demand that she must be relieved of her
