….As CIFIPN Boss, Enape Urges FG To Sign Bill

Chartered Institute of Forensic And Investigative Professionals of Nigeria (CIFIPN) will tomorrow Saturday, 21st of September, 2019 storm the Federal Capital Territory (F.C.T), by 5pm prompt at Bolton White Hotel, Gwandu Street, Area 11, Beside Sahad Stores, Garki, Abuja for a Strategic VIP Dinner and Award Night.
This was made known to our reporter by CIFIPN Boss, Dr. Victoria Enape today in Abuja as she stated that there will be a session where Forensic Experts will brainstorm in some strategic issues of national importance and benefits to the members of the Institute.
The CIFIPN Boss noted that this Forensic Experts has the following persons as members: Accountants, Tax Professionals, Specialists, Economists, Bankers, Auditors- both internal and external Auditors, Criminologists, Psychologists, Cyber Security experts, Lawyers, Security experts, Architects, and other Professionals so numerous to mention, who are poised towards the practice of Forensic and Investigative methods for the prevention of fraud, corruption, Cyber crimes in Nigeria.
She added that Members had undergone compulsory Professional training in the Institute’s academy, that covers from modules 1-9 which makes them qualified for the task as forensic experts.
The Forensic Experts stated that the job is completely different from other financial Professional bodies because you cannot be a judge in your own case as some Professionals bodies may say.
Stating further she encouraged other Professional bodies, Women groups, stakeholders in Nigeria to support the forensic experts for the good of all for better anti- corruption fight in the country, especially amongst Political office holders, pubic officers and contractors in the country.
She also urged the Federal Government to sign the Bill into law so as to bring lasting solution to the menace of corruption in the country thereby promoting infrastructural development for the benefit of the masses, especially children and Women.
