Former chairman of Nigeria Union of Teachers, I NUT, I Ughelli North Chapter, Dr. Egbagbara Blessing has applauded the reappointment of Mrs Rose Ezewu as Commissioner by governor Sheriff Oborevwori.
Comrade Egbagbara, Secretary of the Association of Justices of the Peace Ughelli North and South Chapters Delta State, expressed his felicitations and congratulations to Mrs Rose Ezewu JP, on her well deserved re appointment as the honorable commissioner of Basic and Secondary Education in the state.
It would be recalled that Mrs Rose Ezewu was appointed Commissioner for Basic and Secondary education by the immediate past Governor of Delta State, Dr Ifeanyi Okowa before her reappointment by Governor Sheriff Oborevwori.
In a congratulatory message personally signed by Comrade Dr Blessing Omarayerue Egbagbara JP, and made available to newsmen said, ” I am most honored and privileged to extend my warmest felicitations to you on your well deserved nomination, screening and confirmation by the Delta state house of Assembly and consequent swearing as swearing in as the honorable commissioner of Basic and Secondary Education and member of the Delta state.
“This your momentous achievement and reappointment is a clear testimony of your unwavering commitment, exceptional leadership with immeasurable capacity, invaluable contributions and the progress, you made towards the growth and development of the Basic and Secondary Education.
“The foundation of education during your first stay as the honorable commissioner of Basic and Secondary education, under the SMART AGENDA of Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa (CON) was a testament of your capability.
Your reappointment shows your outstanding capabilities, dedication, interest,vision for the Delta state Education system and your passion for the teaching profession, the learners and the system just as you have demonstrated in the various secondary schools you worked as either as subject teacher or administrator before your appointment as commissioner.
“It also shows that no matter what happened, a golden fish does not hid and I am a living witness of your passion ,interest and dedication to the education system as a subject teacher.
I am very confident that under your watch the ministry of Basic and Secondary Education Delta State will continue to thrive and flourish , upholding it’s core values of progress and growth than your first appointment.

As the immediate past chairman of the Nigeria Union of Teachers NUT Ughelli North Branch, I want to thank,commend and appreciate governor Sheriff Oboevwori of Delta State for considering and taking a clue from his predecessor Senator Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa CON the immediate past Executive Governor of Delta State in re appointing you a trained practicing professional teacher, who knows the pains and where the shoe pitches the Delta state teachers, as commissioner of Basic and Secondary Education.
A feat credited to only the ministry of health and Justices.”
