The Electoral Officer, E.O attached to Ughelli North INEC office, Mr Osolease Samuel on Sunday, walked Journalists covering the collation of the State Assembly and Governorship election in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State out of his office.
Osolease asked the journalists to leave his office as he cannot speak to the Press because his head is hot.
When Journalists entered his office, his reaction was, “Yes! What do you want, please, please look my head is hot and i cannot say anything to you, go outside.
After about two hours, he was approached again for comments over the delay of some ward results in Ughelli north, he was seen locking his office, took his bag, hub into a waiting INEC van left the office at about 6:07 pm on Sunday.
After few hours, he came back smiling and was shaking hands with party agents at the collation room.
A source from the office, alleged that he came back to the office after he received a token in dollars from one of the political party.
He could not be approached to comment on the allegation because of his hostility towards Journalists
