A Nigerian United Kingdom (UK) entrepreneur based Prince Sylvester Ogba Dugbo has expressed his willingness to fly the People Democratic Party, PDP flag for the Udu State House of Assembly seat in the 2023 general elections in Nigeria.
In a media chat with Olorogun Luke Obemiguren Djebah, JP, Director of Dugbo Campaign Organization, in Udu town recently said that Hon. Sylvester Dugbo is beacon of hope for Udu youths, women and Udu development, describing him as a 21st century intellectual leader with solid entrepreneurship skills.
Olorogun Djebah said that aside the lauding indelible imprint of his father, a Nigerian legal luminary, late Justice Thompson Dugbo to Udu kingdom, Hon. Dugbo has long taken the baton of Udu kingdom interests from his father as a philanthropic personality and has a blueprint for Udu industrialization, which will lead Udu to a great height if given government support.
The Ovwata of Udu kingdom listed some of Dugbo philanthropic outfits and plans aside politics for Urhobos especially Udu indigenes: sponsor of football talents to UK, Visa process to UK and America and facilitated job opportunities to them, free health care service at Lonia Clinic, scholarship scheme for students, financial assistance to the aged, widows, the needy and the less privileged, boosting of small scale business enterprises to Udu kingdom indigenes, adding that plans are in motion to establish Nut-bolts and nails company in Udu soon.
