Delta Politician, Taleb Tebite Joins His Ancestors

 

An information has revealed that Olorogun Taleb Tebite, the Executive Director of Projects at the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC), has joined his ancestors.

The death of Taleb, a prominent figure from Okpare-Olomu community in Ughelli South Local Government Area, Delta state, was confirmed by one of his close allies.

It was noticed that Taleb Tebite was not available during the July 13, Chairmanship and Councillorship elections, due to his ill health as he was on a hospital admission in Lagos state.

Due to his deteriorating health challenges, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori ordered that he should be flown abroad for proper medical diagnosis and it could not the confirm if he died in Lagos or abroad as it was gathered..

Efforts to contact his immediate younger brother, Evangelist Quincy Tebite, D’tisio Tisio, to confirm the incident was not successful as calls to his line never got connected.

A source who confirmed the incident said, “He returned some days ago from the USA where he had gone for medicals, only for the ugly story to be told that he died in lagos.
