The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC, Bashorun Askia Ogieh has appealed to the graduating students of the DESOPADEC Skill Acquisition Academy, DSAA, to establish their various business in Delta state.
Bashorun Askia who was speaking during the graduation ceremony charged the graduating student not to sell the starter packs given to them, but to make good use of them in setting up their various acquired trades.
He said, establish your various businesses within Delta State, in order to ease the work of the monitoring team which will subsequently go round mentoring and stabilizing them in their businesses.
Bashorun Askia made these remarks today, Tuesday, 10th of August, 2021, while addressing the graduands at Jubilee Centre, Enerhen, as part of activities marking the convocation of the students who have completed their six months courses at the Academy.
