Extraditing Simon Ekpa from Finland Won’t Add Value To Nigeria, Group Declares

A group under the aegis of Initiative For Social Rights Concerns And Advancement (ISRCA) AKA “No Justice, No Peace” on Sunday, January 5 said extraditing Pro-Biafra agitator,Simon Ekpa from Finland will not add any value or change the current situation in Nigeria.

This is contained in a statement sent to Our Correspondent by ISRCA National Coordinator, Comrade(Amb.) Derrick Oritsematosan Agberen.

The group noted that the government have laid unsubstantiated allegations/claims against Mr. Ekpa, tagging it treason.

It said the government is so much concerned about locking him(Simon Ekpa) up with Nnamdi Kanu, depriving their very essence of human rights of freedom of expression and agitation to go separate ways.

According to the group,”The Nigerian Government should be concerned about improving the lives of the people and shouldn’t be so concerned about capturing Simon Ekpa and his likes, for agitating for a country because they feel they’re marginalized and unfairly treated.

The group asked what’s the offence Simon Ekpa has committed that’s comparable to the crimes committed by Nigerian Politicians who have plunged the nation into dungeon?
