“In terms of entrepreneurship and Human Capital Development, you are a leading example in Ughelli and its environs and your mentorship has created job for many youths in Ughelli.
“UPYA appreciates what you are doing and the Raycom Brand that has given youths in Ughelli a new lease of life through different skills acquisition mostly in technology.”
Responding, Olorogun Anozie Raymond described the the award presentation as unexpected because impacting in Human Capital Development has been his major concern from his university days.
I was not doing expecting any award from UPYA because of what I did, because that is my way of having positive impact in the society.
“Entrepreneurship is good to some extent, because even as a civil servant, it help you out before government salaries would come.
“I pulled out of the civil service because I was not seeing what I expected and as at today, I am an employer of labour with over 50 employees as a way of giving back to the society.
“In Nigeria settings, graduates work with a stool and small table as an office and that was a major reasons I pulled out of the civil service job and I have never regretted it.
“I appreciates the effort of UPYA bringing this training to Ughelli and i will continue to partner with the UPYA team because i have always have a role to play by impacting meaningfully to the society. “
