PROPERTY worth millions of naira were at the popular Afiesere junction destroyed by a midnight fire outbreak that rocked an entire building and detached stores in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta state.
Though the report was sketchy, it was gathered that the fire outbreak was as a result of power surge in one of the rooms of the building.
According to sources, “The fire started from one of the apartments and spread to the adjoining shops including, a newspaper caravan phones and accessories shop, and a fabric shop.
“Goods and properties worth several millions of naira were lost to the inferno.Phones, Gas, Laptop and food items went down as the full building burnt unhindered at the early mornings.
“Though, we are happy that no life was lost, no casualty recorded, but a major distributor of electrical accessories fully stocked in the shop went down with
