The immediate past Managing Director of DESOPADEC and Peoples Democratic Party aspirant at the just concluded primary election for House of Representatives, Isoko Federal Constituency, Bashorun Askia Ogieh has been screened and cleared by for reappointment by the Delta State House of Assembly.
Bashorun was cleared to be reappointed by Governor Ifeanyi Okowa as the Managing Director and CEO of DESOPADEC.
According to Askia after the screening and clearing, “To the glory of God, the Almighty, I have been reappointed as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC) by His Excellency, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, governor of Delta State.
“I have also been screened and confirmed by the Delta State House of Assembly. And to crown it, His Excellency, the Governor has also inaugurated me and the two Executive Directors of the Commission.
“I want to use this auspicious opportunity to deeply thank the Governor, His Excellency Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, my political associates, followers and believers. Yes, God is the ultimate and He forever remains on His throne.” Always!
