A football match between Emede and Igbide Communities have slated for the December 12, 2021 at Owodokpokpo Grammar School, Owodokpokpo-Igbide in Isoko South local government area of Delta State.
It was learnt that the friendly football is to clear the doubting Thomas that peace has finally returned to both communities.
The competition is to be sponsored by the President General of Igbide worldwide, Chief Egba Ugolo.
In a Facebook post by Doble Ewhese, “To strengthen the peace accord entered recently between Igbide and Emede, Igbide community will be playing host to Emede on a friendly football match slated as follows:
Date: 12/12/2021 (Sunday)
Venue: Owodokpokpo Grammar School Owodokpokpo, Igbide.
Time: 3:30PM
All Igbide community, Emede community, Isoko Nation and the General Public are all invited to come and witness this live event.
