The Managing Director/CEO of Desopadec, Bashorun Askia Ogieh has described former Military Administrator of Cross Rivers State, Major General Paul Ufuoma Omu (Rtd), as s bridge builder and peace ambassador as he clocks 81.
Major Gen Paul Omu who clocked 81 years of age on Thursday July 1, 2021 was a one time president general of Isoko Development Union, IDU and currently chairman of PDP elders forum in Isoko south local government area of Delta state.
Bashorun in a statement said, “An astute administrator, foremost elder statesman and peace builder, Major-Gen. (Chief) Paul Ufuoma Omu stands out like a beacon among the distinguished corp of nation builders that sacrificed their finest years for the larger society.
Today, this magnificent leader, father and mentor clocks 81 years, an amazing grace and blessing from the Most High. My family and I are immensely happy to join the legion of his admirers and followers to wish this great national leader a happy birthday.
