Governorship candidate of MRDD, at the March 9 elections, Engr. Lucky Oyovwi has congratulates the Acting Governor of Delta state, Barr. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro on his birthday.
He described the Otuaro as man of integrity whose kind is rare in the state and the nation.
In his congratulatory message, Oyovwe said, “I want to use this opportunity to sincerely congratulate our amiable aActing Governor Barr. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro who has just turned 51.
“Barr. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro is a man of Peace and a gentleman that derives pleasure in Human Capital Development. A humble Leader and a quiet philanthropist that loves humanity and his kinds are rare.
“In state affairs, you have demonstrated that a deputy governor can be loyal without surrendering his public identity and your humility and harmonious working relationship with Governor Okowa has brought the desired peaceful atmosphere in governance.
“I pray Almighty God continue to grant you His Grace, Wisdom and many more years in good health towards leading humanity. Special people like you, Barr. Otuaro make the world a better place”. Oyovwi stated.
