Ahead of the proposed All Progressive Congress, APC, interactive stakeholders meeting in Delta North, Dr. Iyke Odikpo, a chieftain and leader of the party, has drummed his support for senator Ovie Omo-Agege initiatives to drive the party to unity.
Dr. Odikpo, in a statement reaffirms his support for the immediate past Deputy Senate President as his aims are to foster unity and a step to strengthen the political structures across the state.
According to him, “I, as a committed leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State, i reaffirm my support for the upcoming tour of His Excellency, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege in Delta North.
“This initiative is a crucial step towards strengthening our party, fostering unity, and reactivating our political structures across the state.
“As a progressive party, the APC thrives on inclusiveness, teamwork, and a collaborative leadership system and to break the PDP’s grip of power in Delta State requires a strategic and united approach from the APC.
We must rise above past election setbacks and focus on building a formidable and united front ahead of 2027.
“The outcome of the 2023 elections should not divide us, rather, it should serve as a lesson and a motivation to reorganize, strategize, and emerge stronger.
“I call on all loyal and dedicated members of the APC in Delta North to come out en masse to welcome and engage in meaningful dialogue with Senator Ovie Omo-Agege.
