  Five arrested officials of the Delta State Traffic Management Authority, DESTMA in Ughelli North, have been charged to court for alleged conspiracy and stealing, in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State. Nwaoboshi Accuses Police Of Defying Court Order, Moves To File Contempt Proceeding

  Senator Peter Nwaoboshi has accused the Inspector General of Police of defying a court order, which restrained law enforcement agencies from arresting or detaining him. The Federal High Court in Abuja issued the order on July 17, 2024, in Suit No. FCT/HC/CV/2916/2024 and Motion No. M/9638/2024.
