OPERATORS of Point of Sale commonly known as Pos in Ughelli North Local Government Area,have lamented the alleged continued extortion by vigilante members in the metropolitan areas of Ughelli. They called on the local government chairman to rescue them from the Vigilante members as they could afford to pay revenue to local government and same pay another to the Vigilante.
