The Nigerian Army Defence Headquarters has declared the newly installed traditional ruler of Ewu kingdom, HRM Clement Ikolo, President General of Ewu, Prof Ekpekpo Arthur  and six others wanted for the alleged killing of 17 Soldiers at Okuama Community in Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State.
