   A chairmanship aspirant under the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, for the Ughelli North Council, Hon. Onovughe Stephen Onokpasa has been kidnapped by unknown gunmen suspected to be kidnappers. Hon. Onofighe, a former Supervisory Councillor for Education in Ughelli North was allegedly kidnapped at Ovwodokpokpo-Ogor on Monday evening, it was gathered. Though the report was sketchy, Hon.
