Justice Abang had in a judgement on Friday, in suit no:FHC/WR/CS/98/2022, dismissed motions, counter motions and applications brought by Mr Destiny Efeni Akpovoka

It would be recalled that, Olorogun Daniel Ekorhi had challenged the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, on the removal of his name as the candidate of All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, for the Federal House of Representative for Ughelli North/ Ughelli South and Udu Federal Constituency for the 2023 election.

Justice Abang who had earlier frowned at the counsels to the defendant in his ruling struck out the counter motions and applications filled by Akpovoka Efeni Destiny, for frivolous excuses and filling behind the ten days as stipulated by the rules of the Federal High Court on Pre election matters.
